See No Evil

Having rose colored glasses has its drawbacks.

As a big business buffoon I believed so much in positive outcomes I began to gloss over the mistakes that (mostly) me and my followers invented.

In the manufacturing business this behavior was horrific because we continued to reproduce those un-admitted errors over and over again until there was no one left to take the blame.

You Should Be Bald

We’re crazy, We’re living on crazy ideas about love, about relationships, about happiness, about joy, about everything. Anthony de Mello

It ain’t Rosy all the time

One of my early schemes to save loot in order that it might be better invested in ludicrous projects was to have my wife cut my hair. Six times fifteen bucks every year … c’mon, it’s only hair, right?

My brave bride Kathy rose to the occasion and grappled apprentice-like with the sharp and buzzing tools of the trade. During a pass to even out the the back forty of my cranium an audible “whoops” escaped from my hairdresser’s mouth at exactly the same moment a nearby spectator chuckled.

No meeting was required for me to recognize that something had occurred which was likely going to modify my hair style.

Seen Oevil

That barbarous blunder altered both my outlook and my lookout.

Nice BlindFold. See you at the Bottom

A mistake had definitely occurred and thankfully I was both the cause and recipient of the outcome.

I sure do wish all my miscalculations would have left a mark like that. Right there in the mirror, where there’s no denying that chairs are out of place.

These days I’m on the constant prowl for slip-ups because I see them as gifts – and I really  mean that. Why? Because everybody else is just like I USED to be! They think snafus should be kept quiet and that’s exactly the WRONG THING to do.

Saddled with Stupiditus from birth, that was my solution, too.  I almost always hid my mistakes so there was seldom anything to correct.

Not so Today! Now when problems start shaking, rattling and rolling I cool up because I know this is gonna teach me something that need only be learned this one time. As long as I stay cool…

Yep, these days Mr. Mistake and I are engaged companions.

C’mon over, he wants to meet you, too.

Thank you, friend.

Barry out.

Much of what I write will be quite understandable to insane folks.

The rest will be, uh, less understandable...

With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright infringement? My website has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any methods to help reduce content from being ripped off? I’d really appreciate it.
