Many folks know that their environment determines them.
They believe that personal volition has a big vote in how
life treats them so they pay real close attention to what
they say and how they say it and they monitor their
neighborhood in order to adapt to any changes
they see and if things start getting too out of
whack they pull up their stakes and get the hail out of there.
