Oh, Satan is a scoundrel.
Through and through.
There ain’t no evil
Satan won’t do.
Satan will rip a good leg off.
Toss out a lung with a baby cough.
And laugh at the blood now so lost
Never find it’s way back to happy.
Satan makes life so crappy.
A person wants to leave it all behind.
Retreat to that place where life unwinds.
Where memory recalls that the breeze is fine
And ill winds do not blow through.
There’s nothing that you can’t do.
You can walk, you can breathe.
You can do both with ease.
When Satan’s parade leaves town.
