I propose to be 195 pounds by August 3, 2012 and thereby drop my blood pressure to acceptable levels without pills.
I plan on doing this without focusing too much on food.
Okay, lets go.
Day 1 – May 4, 2012 – weighed in this morning at 219 lbs. Blood pressure 9AM – 153/90 heart rate 53 ( hey uh, that’s not even once per second…)

Notes: No one living should have blood pressure this high.What am I on, crack?! At 6:20 pm and a day of imbibing BP was 116/81. Does the time of day make that kind of difference?! If so, appointment times dictate medications! Measured my blood pressure a few times today. Numbers all over the map. Tomorrow measuring every three hours to see whats what.
