Dress like this was your normal state.
Is okay to want to change things but enjoy the change.
Imagine a person only being happy if the day was a certain temperature.
People do prefer a certain range of temps but contrast gives all things value.
Weight fluctuations give us something decent to struggle with, too. Our own personal demon to fight.
Right there on our backs, guts and hips. No meetings or travel required. That there is some good struggling.
