Most folks are unaware of the reasons for limited freedom.
They imagine that each person doing their own thing
wouldn’t greatly effect anyone else but everybody
acting individually en masse creates a sloshing
effect which, if not compartmentalized, will
overturn any sheep with sails billowing.
