If necessity is the mother of invention, lets call imitation father.
Few folks get far in life on their own potential alone because existence requires less effort to follow the paths set out by others.
Without a doubt each avenue of life can be improved but we must first be willing to take up the trail.
Then with less jungle to clear we can better aim our own talents from the shoulders of pioneers.
While avoiding the arrows that may have stopped many others short of their goal.
Them who blaze a way so clearly marked that its mostly taken for granted.
By those unfortunates less curious who never seek to find.
A bit higher ground where breathless originates.
From nature’s essence fresh and real.
In someone elses shoes.
Thank you, friend.

Carolina Liar – Drown
So soon, we will learn to forget Bad times, the rules and regrets One day, they won’t reach out for you
So you, putt out the fires you set As smoke fades from your last cigarette You’re a mess, but yes, you’re beautiful
Oh, come on down, we can drown in this water It’s only gonna set us free Come on down, we can drown in this water You’ve been praying for a remedy
Who, really cares about fatal mistakes Trailer parks dreams don’t carry much weight In the long run you’ve got nothing to prove
So go, run while you can still get away Take a breath while it’s still yours to take You’re a mess, but yes, you’re beautiful
Oh, come on down, we can drown in this water It’s only gonna set us free Come on down, we can drown in this water You’ve been praying for a remedy
You’ve been praying for a remedy You’ve been praying for a remedy So who, really cares if you make a mistake
Oh, come on down, we can drown in this water It’s only gonna set us free Come on down, we can drown in this water You’ve been praying for a remedy
Oh, come on down, we can drown in this water It’s only gonna set us free Come on down, you know that you want it You’ve been praying for a remedy
