Today I recognized at age 53 that I am and have been having a period.
While its true that I’m not shedding any more blood than normal, I fully comprehend now that I have a behavior cycle similar to that which I have previously described as “being on the rag.”
And I also understand that the voices I hear might not all be coming from me.
