For Sale: Tony Robbins CD’s. Don’t Work.

Yes! You can Shout Yourself Taller!

“Tony Robbins is a shyster.”

That’s what a friend said to me when he noticed my collection of cd’s and books authored by the tall moron. I understood exactly what the dude was saying even though he had no idea how much he had just told me.

Is Anybody Home?

My pal’s lights are on but he has vacated the premises and fled to some morally and intellectually higher ground. He now resides in the land of “None shall be brighter nor more aware than me” and has no need for any more knowledge than he now possesses.

Like most folks, my buddy knows all he finds it necessary to which pretty much puts fellows like Tony the Giant Within out of business. Or does it?

Nothing from Nothing is Nothing

Most people wander through life like my friend, completely oblivious as to what realities may be unfolding around them and they are untroubled by what they do not know.

Check out these interesting statistics on adult learning in the United States: (source: Jerold Jenkins, www.jenkinsgroupinc.com)

1/3 of high school graduates never read another book for the rest of their lives.
42 percent of college graduates never read another book after college.
80 percent of U.S. families did not buy or read a book last year.
70 percent of U.S. adults have not been in a bookstore in the last five years.
57 percent of new books are not read to completion.

I find it intriguing that Andrew Carnegie actually foresaw a time when the land would be dotted with libraries which would allow the common man to learn whatever he desired in order to become all he could be. And the common man stays away from these libraries in droves. Most have never darkened the doorway of such an establishment and it’s FREE!

Useless Libraries and Tony The Trickster

graphic of man looking through bookshelf
Dang! I’ve read every book in here!

Its not hard to imagine that if most folks don’t see the benefit in learning from free and readily available sources like public libraries, they sure as hail aren’t going to be spending any loot on the likes of T. Robbins cds. So I see exactly what my friend meant when he called one of my mentors a neer’do well.

What he was really saying is that his head was full and he needed to be excused. And I have done just that.

No such excuses exist for the likes of you and me, however.

Because we know we know nothing, right?

Thank you, friend.

Barry out.

Much of what I write will be quite understandable to insane folks.

The rest will be, uh, less understandable...

Brilliant post Barry, I agree with every word, though I’m really shocked by those non-reading statistics; I hope it’s not that bad over here in the UK.

The most important sign of intelligence is when you realise that you don’t know everything, and you can’t possibly EVER know everything. That’s what makes life interesting.

It’s also what makes some teenagers annoying. Young immature people think they have already worked out how the world works….They’ve got a shock coming. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Sir John,

I stumbled onto this comment today and do not know why I didn’t reply earlier.

Your are my best supporter and here I am ignoring you!

Thank you so much for all your encouragement, John. I so much appreciate it!

    Later pal.

Tony Robbins teaching cd’s work ONLY IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF STUPID. And I don’t mean that in a derogatory sense.

If a person is unwilling to admit that they really need help by actively listening to someone like Tony, they are wasting their time.

I have a whole schwack of these cd’s that I would like to send to a new mind. Let’s say $100 for 20 or so cd’s and after you listen to them all at least twice and can determine they don’t work, I’ll refund your loot.

If you can find me… ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Tony’s training may not work the day you receive it.

Might not work the month you imbibe it.

It might take years for it to come to fruition but just like shit sticks to a blanket, if you keep listening and pondering about what you’ve listened to, it eventually works.

    Thank you Tony Robbins!
